1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the kk33 platform (available at kk33.lat and any associated mobile applications or APK downloads, collectively the "Platform"), you ("the User", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules, guidelines, or policies published by kk33 ("kk33", "we", "our", "us") from time to time.
If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of kk33 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
- Minimum Age. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or participate in any gambling activity on the kk33 Platform. kk33 does not permit minors to use its services under any circumstances.
- Age Verification. kk33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any point. Where reasonable grounds exist to believe a user is under 18, kk33 will suspend the account and withhold any withdrawals pending verification. Winnings accrued by underage users may be forfeited.
- Jurisdictional Eligibility. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using kk33 is lawful in your jurisdiction. kk33 makes no representation that its services are legally available in all areas. Pakistani users are advised to familiarise themselves with applicable local regulations before using the Platform.
- Single Account. Each person may hold only one registered account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of funds.
3. Account Registration & Security
- Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your kk33 account. This includes your legal name, date of birth, email address or Pakistani mobile number, and any other details requested. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
- Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. kk33 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. You must notify kk33 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Account Responsibility. You accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your kk33 account, including bets placed and deposits made, whether or not authorised by you, where such activity results from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
- KYC Compliance. kk33 may require you to complete Know Your Customer ("KYC") procedures at any time, including the submission of a valid government-issued identity document. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in account restriction or suspension.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
- Accepted Payment Methods. kk33 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Accepted methods are subject to change and may vary by region.
- Currency. All transactions on the kk33 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). kk33 is not responsible for any currency conversion costs incurred by users accessing the Platform from outside Pakistan.
- Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is displayed at the time of deposit and is subject to change at kk33's discretion.
- Withdrawal Processing. kk33 processes withdrawal requests in a timely manner. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any applicable KYC or verification requirements. kk33 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending verification of identity and source of funds.
- No Liability for Third-Party Delays. kk33 accepts no responsibility for delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or mobile money operators.
- Funds Usage. Deposited funds may only be used for participation in kk33's gambling services. kk33 accounts are not bank accounts and funds held therein do not accrue interest.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
- Promotional Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotions are subject to their own specific terms and wagering requirements, which are published on the relevant promotions page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
- Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are generally subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be stated in the promotion terms. kk33 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.
- Abuse of Promotions. kk33 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer and to void any winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a user has abused a promotion, including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or any other dishonest means.
- Modification & Withdrawal. kk33 may modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion or bonus at any time without prior notice.
6. Betting Rules
- Acceptance of Bets. All bets are subject to kk33's acceptance. kk33 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where the Platform has displayed clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error.
- Voided Bets. Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: system errors resulting in manifestly incorrect odds, match abandonment where insufficient play has taken place, verified cases of match-fixing, or force majeure events.
- Settlement. All markets are settled in accordance with the rules published on the relevant game or market page. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, kk33's decision — made in good faith and based on official results — shall be final.
- Maximum Winnings. kk33 may impose maximum payout limits on individual bets or accounts. These limits will be communicated clearly and may vary by game type or market.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kk33 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:
- Registering or using an account if you are under 18 years of age
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information
- Operating more than one kk33 account, either individually or in concert with others
- Using automated software, bots, or other technical devices to gain an unfair advantage
- Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes
- Engaging in any form of money laundering or using kk33 to facilitate illegal transactions
- Accessing or attempting to access another user's kk33 account without authorisation
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
- Any conduct that kk33 determines, in its reasonable judgment, to be fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the integrity of the Platform
8. Responsible Gaming

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the kk33 Platform without our prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
- No Warranty. The kk33 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. kk33 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
- Limitation. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kk33's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
- Exclusion. kk33 shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform.
- Force Majeure. kk33 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, government actions, natural disasters, or acts of third parties.
11. Account Suspension & Termination
- kk33's Right to Suspend. kk33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, where required by law or regulatory obligation, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
- User Closure. You may close your kk33 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any pending bets will be settled in accordance with normal rules. Remaining balance will be refunded to your registered payment method subject to verification requirements.
- Forfeiture. Where an account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct, kk33 reserves the right to withhold any or all funds held in the account.
12. Amendments to These Terms
kk33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, kk33 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by displaying a notification on the Platform or sending an email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the kk33 Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through kk33's customer support team. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable time, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules as determined by kk33.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where appropriate.
